Hi,

cpufrequtils is outdated and I think unmaintained now. There's a new utilities, "cpupower" which is in the kernel tarball since a few versions and is better than cpufrequtils. Most recent distros use cpupower now.

You seem to be right, the cpufrequtils page is now unreachable.

cpupower added to platform-testing, will move to stable after the usual 7 days of testing.
